3. Payment Terms. The Company accepts only those credit cards mentioned on the product ordering screens as the payment options for your purchase. Your credit card will not be charged until the Products listed in your order are shipped.
4. Shipping Charges. Separate charges for shipping will be added to the cost of the products you order. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice. The Company reserves the right to limit quantities.
5. Title. The Company will be ship the products to you as applicable, with title and risk of loss passing to you upon shipping.
6. Capacity to Contract. You represent that you are of the legal age of majority in your state or country of residence.
7. Governmental Authorizations. Product must have been operated and handled according to manufacturer’s specifications. The Company will provide a refund to buyer only if product cannot be repaired or replaced. The Company will not provide repairs, replacement or refund for products damages through buyer’s negligence.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST DAMAGES OR DEFICIENCIES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS; AGAINST DEFECTS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM IMPROPER OPERATION. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED, OR IMPLIED, IS MADE REGARDING THE SAFETY OF THE PRODUCTS. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS WITH THE BUYER.
